Bakery Items
Sunshine Bakery offers quality cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars, and sheet cakes. All baked goods are handmade by Adalia in her home kitchen. Food and health safety rules are applied throughout the baking process.
Sunshine Bakery's products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.

Order Process
The steps for bakery item orders go as followed:
1. Submit a basic order form in the Order tab of Sunshine Bakery's Wix website. Customers can also order by emailing their order to Sunshine Bakery's Yahoo email account or texting Adalia's mobile phone number.
2. After your order is placed, Adalia will review and calculate pricing. The base price for each item may increase according to each order's customizations. Once the order price is verified, it will be emailed or texted to the customer.
3. The customer may review the order, make any last changes, and then submit a form of payment. All payments must be completed before Adalia begins baking the items. This is to ensure any orders made are for a customer who genuinely wants them.
4. Once the baking is complete and the order is packaged, there are two methods for the customer to receive their Sunshine Bakery delight - delivery or pick-up. Adalia has very limited delivery hours and only delivers within a 30-mile radius of Ruthton, MN. (A delivery fee MAY apply to some locations.) Customers can also arrange a pick-up time to get their order.
Customer Satisfaction
Baking quality desserts takes time and many ingredients. On the unlikely occasion that a customer is dissatisfied with a bakery order, the customer should inform Sunshine Bakery. Adalia will do the best she can do when trying to fulfill any customer needs. If you are satisfied with your order from Sunshine Bakery, please leave a review or comment on any social media platform! Allergens
Desserts from Sunshine Bakery are prepared in a kitchen that frequently handles common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. No bake shop items are allergen-free. Currently, Adalia is working on developing allergen-free baked goods to sell in order to have more inclusion. If you have any questions about allergens, please contact Sunshine Bakery.
Availability
Sunshine Bakery is a small, rural business run by Adalia. Owning and operating a business, communicating, and baking is quite the undertaking! Sunshine Bakery reserves the right to deny any orders or requests. Please note that Adalia has a limited amount of customers and orders she can take on at one time. If your order or request cannot be fulfilled, please be understanding. Thank you to every wonderful customer or supporter of Sunshine Bakery.
Payment
Payments for bakery item orders are completed prior to Adalia baking your delights. Sunshine Bakery accepts payment in the following forms:
-Cash
-Checks (written out to Adalia)
-Venmo (contact for more account information)
Refunds
In the unlikely occurrence that a customer is unsatisfied with their bakery order from Sunshine Bakery, please discuss it directly with Adalia.
Please note:​​
- Once the completed bakery order is received by the customer, Sunshine Bakery is not responsible for the condition or perishability of the bakery item. There are no returns or refunds for damaged conditions or perished bakery items possessed by customers.
- If an order is made, the completion date is set, and an order payment is made, the customer cannot back out of the sale. If the bakery item is completed by the agreed-upon date, but the customer chooses not to receive the bakery item, no refund will occur.
Please keep in mind Sunshine Bakery is a small business, and it will take time to complete orders. Please order well in advance to ensure ample time for Adalia to bake quality desserts.
